📋 Description

• Deliver technical support for commercial vehicle products and systems
• Provide customer training and regional technical programs
• Install, monitor, and test brake and safety components with engineering collaboration
• Support sales teams with product expertise and technical solutions
• Develop and maintain training materials for new products
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years troubleshooting commercial vehicle systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical component experience
• Advanced knowledge of air systems, braking tech, electronic controls
• Associate degree; Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing Eng preferred
• ASE or similar brake certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and presentation skills
