  • Support quotes & contracts to ensure order accuracy
  • Track activities in CRM to log calls and enhance communication
  • Coordinate with Commercial/Operations to process orders per specs
  • Collect data from Commercial for complete orders
  • Handle data transfers to/from customer portals as needed
  • Follow up on orders with Operations to meet plant lead times

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors preferred plus 4+ years in customer service/support
  • Startup experience preferred
  • CRM/ERP systems experience preferred
  • Adaptable, quick learner, SME in processes
  • Strong rapport building, multitasking, organization
  • Problem solving, time management, detail oriented
