📋 Description

Monitor and manage day-to-day marketplace growth metrics.
Develop tactical initiatives to improve marketplace dynamics.
Coordinate cross teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
Perform demand planning: forecast demand and growth initiatives.
Set up campaigns and monitor performance daily.
Analyze campaign impact on revenue and demand growth.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience; degree from university in any discipline.
Familiarity with economics; strong logical thinking and curiosity.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Nice-to-have: SQL, large datasets, Power BI, Advanced Excel.
