• Execute source-to-contract procurement processes in line with business goals and best practices.
• Maintain policy compliance and support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive supplier management aligned to SRM strategy for site-owned suppliers.
• Adhere to risk mitigation plans and communicate procurement risks to safeguard operations.
• Ensure excellence in contract execution from source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and build procurement expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or 3+ years in procurement or related field.
• Experience in source-to-contract, requisition-to-pay, and negotiation.
• Proficient in enabling procurement processes and strategic decision-making.
• Experience with supplier relationships and collaborative negotiations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence; ability to build consensus.
