📋 Description

• Primary contact for HCPs and patients on insurance access challenges
• Subject matter expert in insurance, prior authorizations, and funding options
• Provide explanations of medical/pharmacy benefits and financial assistance
• Build and maintain access to insurance intelligence for the access team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• 2-4 years healthcare/reimbursement experience; call center/healthcare office/pharmacy preferred
• Knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior authorizations, and appeals
• Experience with Medicare Part D/Medicaid and alternate funding resources preferred
• Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
