📋 Description

• Primary contact for health care providers and patients on access challenges
• Subject matter expert in insurance, prior authorizations, and funding options
• Provide accurate explanations of benefits and eligibility to HCPs/patients
• Assist with plan forms, portals, and prior authorizations submissions
• Educate customers on investigation results and next steps
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve access processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• 2-4 years in healthcare or reimbursement; call center experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial/government insurance programs and prior authorizations
• Experience with Medicare Part D/Medicaid and alternate funding
• Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
