📋 Description

• Primary contact for Health Care Providers and patients on access challenges
• Subject matter expert in insurance, prior authorizations, funding options
• Explain patients' medical/pharmacy benefits and financial assistance
• Enable productivity of access team by providing access to insurance data

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
• 2-4 years in healthcare or reimbursement; call center or pharmacy ops preferred
• Knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior auth and appeals
• Medicare Part D/Medicaid/alternate funding knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems
