  • 2-4 years in healthcare/reimbursement; call center experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, private payers, and alternate funding.
  • Strong communication; detail-oriented; teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems quickly.
