🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in healthcare/reimbursement; call center or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/government insurance programs, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, private payers, and benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented; able to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other systems.
