High school diploma or GED; degree preferred
2-4 years in healthcare/reimbursement; call center or pharmacy a plus
Strong knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior authorizations, appeals
Medicare Part D, Medicaid, private payers, and pharmacy/medical benefits
Team leadership, multi-tasking, and accurate documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems
