📋 Description

• Ensure seamless execution of HR programs and processes within the BU
• Maintain pulse of the business unit; improve effectiveness via teams, structure, processes
• Coach leaders on HR guidelines; align and enable teams to deliver OKRs
• Collaborate with center of excellence to meet business needs
• Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards, recognition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM preferred
• 5+ years HR business partnering or generalist experience supporting leaders in engineering
• Experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational design
• Adept at fast-paced environments; strong communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of how engineering organizations function and how to engage engineers
• Deep HR function knowledge; strong analytical thinking
