Specialist Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Customer-facing, billable role delivering specialized expertise for NiCE products and services.
• Implement, configure, and optimize CXone, WFM, EEM, and other CXone solutions for enterprise
• Collaborate with implementation teams to address technical questions from kick-off to handover.
• Ensure proper integration of all components of the technical architecture.
• Communicate design flaws and assist with configuration requirements across environments.
• Provide technical expertise and conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with product implementation and integration.
• Experience with Cxone suite, NICE WFM, Engage; familiarity with recording/telephony integrations
• Familiarity with Generative AI models, NLU, automation; strong analytical and collaborative skills.
