• Engage in retrospective and prospective Risk Adjustment processes
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to hit retrieval goals
• Represent Risk Adjustment to stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Understand day-to-day workflows and internal tools
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
• 1+ years chart retrieval or provider outreach
• 1+ years Healthcare Operations experience
• 2+ years ability to meet goals
