Specialist Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own architecture and design of complex data solutions end-to-end.
• Technical authority on streaming/data pipelines; guide Kafka & Flink.
• Drive code quality, patterns, tests, and system observability.
• Lead design reviews; mentor engineers; unblock cross-team issues.
• Ensure security and data protection by design, governance and compliance.
• Scale AI-assisted development with reusable skills and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software development with technical ownership.
• Deep Java, Spring Boot, and microservices expertise.
• Kafka and Apache Flink: performance tuning, scaling, troubleshooting.
• AWS experience (Kinesis, EKS, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Agentic AI tools experience (Claude, Copilot) and MCP servers.
