• Manage full-cycle recruitment across the United States and Canada.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current/future roles.
• Partner with agencies when appropriate; coordinate interview scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple roles/markets is a plus.
• Experience in clinical research/life sciences environments desirable.
• Hands-on with ATS, resume databases, social media, and candidate management tools.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and structured interview skills.
• Understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance.
