Lead a team of up to 10 FTEs in patient services
Oversee daily operations and workflows with Manager of Patient Services
Mentor staff, monitor productivity, and ensure service excellence
Coordinate with Pharmacy Liaisons, technicians, and PSC staff
Drive workflow improvements and staffing coverage as needed
Support onboarding and access requirements for new hires

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
1+ year Pharmacy Liaison experience preferred
State registration and national CPhT certification (or timeframe)
