• Field-based role serving territory; candidates should live within reasonable distance from primary
• Execute AbbVie brand strategy, drive sales performance and meet KPI targets.
• Develop pre-call plans, handle objections, and close on calls to drive access and sales.
• Build customer relationships and deliver value-based solutions for health providers.
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage, frequency and opportunities in the territory.
• Share market intelligence with field and brand teams to align strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/business preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in pharma/health/science split preferred; HS diploma required.
• In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge; strong business acumen; strategic thinking.
• Proven sales success, ability to work in a matrix environment, and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to build partnerships with district and matrix teams.
• HCIR credentialing and valid driver’s license; able to pass drug screen and meet driving
