📋 Description

• Own performance of Rugby Union/League, Darts and Snooker across Sportradar’s trading services.
• Act as SME for Rugby; drive improvements in Pre-Match and Live Odds products in UK Sports.
• Present insights to Tier 1 clients; translate feedback into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Trading, MTS, OAM, QA, Product and Technology teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key trading and customer performance metrics.
• Lead regular performance reviews with clients and document action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in sportsbook, trading or sports data.
• Expert knowledge of Rugby Union/League; strong Darts/Snooker knowledge.
• Understanding of Pre-Match and Live Odds trading methodologies.
• Experience with performance analytics: turnover, GGR, margin, engagement, odds quality.
• Skills in odds pricing, risk management and sportsbook operations.
• Experience with quantitative models, BI tools and large datasets.
