Sr. Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting deliverables (GAAP)
• Review fund and investment-level reporting for accuracy
• Manage investments accounting: fund-level debt, fees, fair value entries
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly close checklists
• Coordinate with fund admins, auditors, tax providers, and lenders
• Support cash management, liquidity, and reporting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in accounting or finance (BA/BS)
• 4+ years GAAP accounting experience (Infra/Private Equity)
• Big 4/public accounting experience preferred
• CPA preferred
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and time management
• Ability to work with remote teams and meet deadlines
