Sr. Accountant (CPA)

📋 Description

• Lead client financial ops: audits, taxation, accounting, payroll.
• Coordinate external audits; provide required documentation.
• Ensure US tax compliance; file tax returns and payments.
• Manage AR/AP, invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain precise records using QuickBooks; analyze data to improve performance.
• Mentor junior staff; onboard engagements; collaborate across departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (Master's a plus)
• CPA certification required
• 3+ years full-cycle accounting and tax; Public Accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with QuickBooks and UltraTax
• Excellent communication; detail-oriented; dependable; able to work independently
