Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
Minimum 3 years public accounting or public company experience; Big Four preferred.
Continuous improvement mindset with measurable results.
Strong US GAAP and internal controls / SOX knowledge.
Comfort with systems and technology; eager to automate.
Experience reviewing contracts; licensing industry a plus.
