Sr. Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for new clients; design accounting system setup.
• Own day-to-day bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, monthly closings, reports.
• Use company software for accounting, reporting, tax tasks with accuracy.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, other docs.
• Lead audit prep and end-to-end reconciliation for compliance.
• Analyze data to forecast revenue and surface client insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 4-5+ years in accounting, audit, and/or tax; outsourced/multi-client experience.
• Turkish CPA (SMMM) preferred; US GAAP experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and accounting software experience; English proficiency for interviews.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to mentor juniors.
