📋 Description

• Lead Fuse's accounting function in-house as we scale.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting.
• Coordinate external accounting firms across entities.
• Manage AP/AR, treasury, tax filings, and audit prep.
• Build systems and controls suited to a growing startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years accounting experience (Big 4 + startup).
• CPA or actively pursuing one.
• Strong attention to detail; hands-on, not just review.
• Ability to maintain big-picture view under shifting priorities.
• Experience with systematizing processes and internal controls.
