Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Remote role managing payments across accounts receivable
• Process multiple payment types (ACH, wire, lockbox)
• Investigate discrepancies and adjust postings with teams
• Support controls, documentation, and process improvements
• Mentor AR Specialists and train on systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years’ experience
• Strong accounting, analytic, reconciliation, problem-solving
• Advanced in PC apps, esp. Google Sheets
• Experience handling payments, AR, reconciliations
• Detail-oriented with time management and prioritization
• Excellent communication and collaboration
