• Lead end-to-end advisory solution consulting
• Disovery through PoC/PoV phases for Singapore gov accounts
• Design tailored demos mapping to agency outcomes
• Architect solutions across ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, AI/Now
• Engage CIO and senior govt stakeholders
• Navigate public sector procurement and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 yrs enterprise tech exp in pre-sales/SC
• Experience with AI in work processes or workflows
• Govt agency experience in Singapore (MOH/MOE/MOM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SG public sector IT landscape
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience preferred
• Ability to build PoCs and demo environments
