Partner with Head of Practice to shape the DM strategy for customers.
Lead development of DM solutions: ingestion, transformation, MDM, quality, cataloging.
Drive experiments and POCs with tools; build accelerator solutions aligned with DM strategy.
Collaborate with team members and clients to shape the solution landscape.
Lead consulting engagements on Data Quality and Observability metadata management.
Drive AI/GenAI, automation, and cloud platform innovations; coach juniors.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years building data architecture and software solutions.
Backend data engineering with Databricks, Spark, Fabric, Snowflake.
Experience with agentic tools Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot.
Metadata-driven data pipelines experience.
Azure and GCP cloud platforms preferred.
3+ of: data lakes, data catalog/MDM, Data Quality/Observability.
