Sr. AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead development of production-grade generative AI apps for Samsara’s GTM engine.
• Build copilots and AI features to improve sales efficiency and personalization.
• Work across the stack from model experimentation to app development and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with revenue operations, sales leadership, product, and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, applied ML, or AI product development.
• Proven track record deploying production AI/ML, especially generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG).
• Proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI SDK).
• Experience building backend systems and APIs; able to ship customer-facing features.
• Strong product sense; comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Located in and authorized to work in the United States (remote role).
