Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Role at intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and enablement within Global Services.
• Build AI-powered solutions to accelerate content, learning, data integration, and automated
• Develop prompts, skills, agents, and AI workflows; scale prototypes into production with AI
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to translate business challenges into AI
• Support adoption of Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean to improve efficiency and decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI solutions, architecture, automation, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or leading LLM platforms; prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs/internal systems and data sources.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on feedback and business needs.
• Strong communication; able to document and enable teams to adopt AI solutions.
• Comfort partnering with engineering to scale solutions into production.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $112,000 – $168,000 USD base pay for US locations.
• Additional compensation and benefits as part of total package; travel up to 10% possible.
