• Klaviyo seeks an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success org uses AI to
• Role sits at intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement; turn
• Build AI-powered solutions to accelerate content creation, smarter learning experiences, data
• Help teams leverage Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean by creating skills, prompts, and AI workflows that
• Scale prototypes into production-grade systems with Klaviyo's centralized AI engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical problem solver with systems thinking; experience in AI solutions, solutions
• Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLMs; proficiency in prompt engineering, skills
• Experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems to improve team workflows and business
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI-powered solutions based on user feedback

🎁 Benefits

• Base Pay Range for US locations: $112,000 — $168,000 USD.
• Potential bonus/OTE in eligible roles, equity, sign-on options, and comprehensive health and
• Travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
