📋 Description

• Accelerate how Customer Success uses AI to operate smarter and deliver impact.
• Build AI-powered solutions spanning content creation, learning experiences, data integration, and
• Collaborate with AI engineering and broader teams to scale prototypes into production-grade systems.
• Leverage Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean to improve AI workflows and outputs.
• Develop end-to-end workflows by connecting APIs and internal data sources.
• Guide teams with prompts, skills, and AI workflows aligned to business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI solutions, architecture, internal tooling, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompts, skills, agents
• Experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems to solve business problems.
• Strong prototyping mindset with ability to test and iterate based on user feedback.

🎁 Benefits

• Travel up to 10% for onboarding, client/partner work, and events as needed.
• Base pay range for US locations: $112,000 — $168,000 USD; plus bonus, equity, benefits.
