Sr. AI Transformation Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive AI deployments from discovery to production rollout end-to-end
• Embed with business and technical teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities
• Produce pragmatic scopes, plans, and trade-offs for prototypes and live systems
• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications
• Reimagine functions as AI-native, agent-powered systems
• Collaborate with Roku data platforms, systems, and APIs across data sources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical deployment with production systems
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Strong fundamentals and ability to ship production code (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered systems or agentic frameworks
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage open-ended problems with sound trade-offs
• Experience translating business needs to technical solutions and communicating to executives
