Partner with analysts and stakeholders to improve data discovery and analytic tradecraft.
Gather user stories, translate mission needs into software solutions.
Design and prototype apps to automate processes and accelerate analyst productivity.
Support transition of prototypes to operational capabilities with AI-enabled solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain apps using Python and Jupyter Notebooks for data
Develop reusable components and APIs that integrate with mission systems.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of experience, or equivalent.
Strong software engineering with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
Familiarity with mission analyst tools and workflows.
Ability to rapidly learn new technologies in agile, mission-focused environments.

🎁 Benefits

Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
Experience developing software in Java is a plus.
Experience applying Generative AI or RAG to problems is a plus.
