Sr Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, manage, and provide ongoing support for complex enterprise applications, including
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technical organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Gather business requirements, develop specifications, and communicate proposed application and
• Develop project plans, provide direction, and coordinate activities for applications or groups of
• Analyze application issues, propose solutions or changes, and coordinate testing and approval of
• Work with user groups to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years IT experience including requirements gathering and technical specification writing.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.
• Experience with real estate-specific applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management solutions such as BMC or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and relational databases.
