Sr. Architectural Project Manager (Starbase Development)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architectural construction projects for Starbase development in residential
• Coordinate with design teams, internal engineering, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple
• Create preliminary designs, siting, massing, and programming; produce conceptual 3D renders
• Own project controls: schedule and cost; drive projects to meet budgets and timelines
• Manage design/construction contracts through close-out; handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with engineers for MEP, network, AV, fire and life safety systems; liaise with AHJs and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, or related engineering field
• 7+ years in architecture/engineering of capital projects
• Experience managing major ground-up commercial or residential developments
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu; project scheduling software
• Experience with rendering software (V-Ray, D5, Enscape or similar)
• Strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated team player
