Sr Associate Demo Services Engineer

📋 Description

• The primary responsibilities will involve providing front-line support, including issue handling
• Focus on business support and owning the deal process.
• Manage backlog effectively and maintain SLA discipline
• Develop industry-specific and localized content and contribute to other projects as required by the
• Act as the functional owner and SME for assigned product components
• Maintaining deep relationships with your Product Managers (PMs) and Solution Advisory SME’s.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement SaaS, pre-sales, functional consulting, or support
• Deep functional expertise in procurement to pay workflows.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience supporting revenue-generating teams (pre-sales / sales) is a plus.
• Ability to build scalable demo content
