Sr. Associate - Travel

📋 Description

• Handle flight reservations and ticketing using Amadeus GDS.
• Manage fare rules, schedule changes, MCOs, residuals, and manual fares.
• Process complex itineraries (international, multi-city, multi-currency).
• Ensure compliance with fare rules and SOPs.
• Maintain accuracy to minimize airline debit memos.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 1 year Amadeus experience; latest GDS. Farelogix/NDC a plus.
• Deep SME in fare rules, changes, name corrections, MCOs, residuals, complex itineraries.
• Ticket issuance and reissues experience a plus.
• Low error rate; minimal airline debit memos.
• MS Office skills incl. Outlook and Excel.
• Minimum degree or equivalent required.
