Sr Attorney

📋 Description

• Senior Attorney to support first-party game studios and lead outbound licensing deals for
• Manage a team of two (attorney and paralegal); collaborate with brand, marketing, privacy, finance
• Hold primary responsibility for licensing, co-development, work-for-hire, publishing, and external
• Advise studio leadership on product development, monetization, creator programs, regulation

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent; active bar membership in at least one U.S. state (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of relevant licensing/IP experience; in-house gaming experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the video game regulatory landscape.
• Experience supervising attorneys, paralegals or other professionals.
• Ability to work across jurisdictions/time zones with colleagues/counterparties in the U.S., Canada
