Sr. Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Moderate to complex OT systems config/programming per change mgmt in manufacturing
• Lead small to medium automation projects to meet schedule
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot OT systems
• Administer and maintain OT systems per procedures
• Coordinate with supply chain/operations for off-peak maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in CS/Engineering; 6+ years experience or Masters with 4+ years
• Experience administering/configuring DCS (DeltaV, Foxboro I/A)
• SCADA/PLC experience (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix); ladder logic; HMI
• Experience with validation, data historian (OSIsoft PI) a plus
• Pharma/Bio manufacturing, FDA/GMP/21CFR11 familiarity
• Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS/WINS a plus
