Collaborate with Product Security on threat modeling and logging
Set technical direction for identity at LaunchDarkly

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of professional software-engineering experience
Experience building/operating production auth/identity systems
Strong ownership mindset: on-call, safe rollouts, backward-compatible changes
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, etc.)
Familiarity with AWS or cloud infra; strong production ownership
