Sr Business Analyst (Healthcare)

📋 Description

• Lead business analysis for large healthcare transformation initiatives involving clinical systems
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements via interviews
• Conduct business process analysis, gap analyses, impact analysis, and support solution design
• Develop use cases, user stories, workflows, functional specs, and technical requirements.
• Identify impacted applications, dependencies, integration points, and downstream system impacts.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacy, lab, imaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Admin, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading business analysis in large healthcare and/or government transformation projects.
• Experience with requirements elicitation/management, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation
• Strong capability in developing use cases, user stories, functional docs, gap analyses, impact
• 3+ years working directly with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nursing, allied health, pharmacy
• Experience supporting enterprise Clinical Information System implementations, upgrades
