Sr. Business Operations Manager — Hyperscale Line of Business

📋 Description

• End-to-End Q2C engineering and program execution for hyperscale opportunities.
• Co-architect and optimize the end-to-end Q2C lifecycle from quoting to revenue recognition
• Identify operational friction and build automated, scalable workflows to support rapid revenue
• Define KPIs/OKRs with Product Management and drive product analytics strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Finance, Operations to align on requirements and execution.
• Senior IC leading cross-functional engineering and operational programs within the LoB.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or
• Technical & Data Stack: SQL, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), advanced Excel/Sheets, data
• Systems Mastery: Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Billing incl.
• Domain Expertise: End-to-end Q2C, revenue recognition, financial margin modeling, forecasting
• Program Leadership: Ability to manage multi-faceted programs across matrixed orgs without direct
• Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Eng, CS, Business, Finance, Economics, or quantitative

• Salary ranges are role/location dependent; base salary range: $170,000 — $255,000 USD.
