📋 Description

• Serve as a senior BSA to liaison IT and business for PSA-related solutions (Salesforce + Certinia
• Design, optimize, and maintain business architecture and processes to support PSA lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into functional requirements, designs, and
• Partner with Services & Education Ops to optimize PSA and define enhancements.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows, and reporting needs.
• Produce clear documentation and provide user-friendly communications and visuals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on Salesforce.
• 3+ years with Certinia (FKA FinancialForce) PSA.
• Experience with Services delivery, enablement, and process optimization.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Salesforce + PSA solutions.
• Hands-on PSA capabilities: Project/Resource/Time & Expense/Billing/Revenue Recognition.
• Familiarity with CPQ and Quote-to-Cash, ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite).
