🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with CMS/digital platforms or enterprise web apps.
• Experience documenting complex processes and communicating across technical/business audiences.
• Strong skills in process analysis, elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Working knowledge of web tech: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Experience with AI-powered chatbots or AI-enabled digital experiences.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and collaboration in fast-paced settings.
