📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives across internal business systems.
• Analyze system boundaries, data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Design end-to-end workflows across CRM, CPQ, contracts, billing, revenue.
• Lead programs from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Coordinate multi-team dependencies and post-merger integrations.
• Partner with technical teams to configure integrated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Business Systems Analyst/PM roles for enterprise transforms.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition.
• Strong data models, APIs, integration patterns, system architecture.
• Proven Agile/Kanban experience; Jira/Jira Product Discovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
