• Own client relationships for high-volume recruiting engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven high-volume recruiting mgmt experience (20+ requisitions)
• Experience mentoring recruiters or teams
• Experience with clients in consulting, professional services, or agencies
• Strong internal HR or domain expertise
• Independent, fast-paced, client-facing work style
• Excellent comms and stakeholder management
