Independently perform site monitoring activities onsite/remote; document per SOPs & study
Collaborate with site staff to ensure data is accurate and compliant
Monitor data queries, resolve issues, escalate as needed
Coordinate shipment of clinical supplies (IP, lab supplies, ePROs, docs)
Train site staff on protocol, systems, ICH-GCP
Participate in progress meetings and Investigator’s meetings

🎯 Requirements

College diploma/degree with 4-6 years of related experience
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
Proficient with EDC (Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm), IRT, eTMF, CTMS, Microsoft Office
Willing to travel up to 40-60%; strong communication & organizational skills
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements
