Sr. Clinical Research Associate/Clinical Trial Manager

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Sr. Director, Clinical Operations, collaborates within Clinical Operations to
• Partner with Clinical Operations Study Lead and cross-functional team to support studies from
• Lead operational management for assigned regions and sites; monitor performance metrics, mitigate
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for investigators and sites; build relationships and resolve
• Lead vendor management for CROs and other vendors (IRT, imaging, labs); set expectations, ensure
• Oversee CRO monitors; review monitoring docs, evaluate performance, co-monitoring as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience (RN/PA, BSN). Minimum 4-6 years of clinical
• Experience supporting global studies in fast-paced settings; success working with CROs and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to meet milestones in a team. Able to collaborate remotely.
• Experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical sponsor organizations; site initiation, interim
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet proficiency.
