Sr. Complex Claims Adjuster

📋 Description

• Examine insureds' policies to determine coverage and liability
• Draft, approve, and adjust damage estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis
• Investigate using statements, police/fire dept, site inspections, and docs
• Write diary notes, manage vendors, contacts, and issue payments
• Apply state statutes and guidelines to claims
• Negotiate settlements with attorneys/public adjusters

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in first-party property claims with up to $100k exposure
• Experience managing attorney- and public adjuster-represented claims
• Vendor management and negotiating favorable outcomes
• Drafting complex reservation of rights, denial, and release letters
• Proficiency in Xactimate/Xactanalysis; Excel, Snapsheet, Slack, CRM
• Strong interpersonal skills; mentor to less experienced teammates
