Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt or related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years in in-building MEP delivery on large-scale projects.
Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software proficiency.
Strong leadership of direct reports and multi-discipline coordination.
Experience with MV/LV electrical, heavy mechanical cooling, controls/BMS.
On-site, senior field role; data center or mission-critical background preferred.
