Lead field delivery of electrical infrastructure from substation to data-center power systems
Own schedule and budget for Memphis-based projects with autonomy
Coordinate with electrical contractors, vendors, utilities, and internal teams
Oversee safety, quality, and coordination across trades
Drive approvals, interconnection, testing, and turnover to operations
Support capacity planning and energization for Memphis campus

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years PM experience in electrical/industrial/data-center projects
7+ years PM experience on large electrical infra (substations, BESS, data centers)
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, safety, and quality control
Experience with permitting, interconnection, inspections, and contractor management
Proficient in scheduling and cost control; track changes and submittals
